Began working part-time with Geneva’s Campus Security in November of 2020. He and his wife, Debby, previously served as missionaries with Ethnos360 (formerly known as New Tribes Mission) in Dakar, Senegal in West Africa for 28 years.  

Bill was the mission’s business manager and liaison with the government of Senegal, as well as the regional security coordinator. He also served as the country council co-chair of the Dakar chapter of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), a partnership between the U.S. Department of State and the private sector security community to support the safe operation of U.S. interests overseas. He continues to serve with Ethnos360 as a security advisor for West Africa, along with representing the work of Ethnos360 in churches and at various mission conferences. 

Alongside his wife, he is currently involved in Member Care, as well as caring for his aged father-in-law who lives with them. He is involved in a Bible teaching ministry at Concord Church, frequently speaks at other supporting churches, and leads a weekly home Bible study. Bill is originally from upstate New York and enjoys camping and hiking, especially in the Adirondack mountains. He also enjoys gardening, running and photography.
